When a customer asks whether they were charged or in how many instalments, see the payment as the Greek gateway keeps it: bank reference, status and instalments.

A customer asks about order [order number]: [were they charged, and in how many instalments]. Show me the order's status, total and payment date, and the payment as the gateway keeps it: the bank's reference and transaction id, the status and response codes, the instalments chosen, and for Viva whether it went to the test environment. Show me the order's notes too. Then write me a short reply to the customer in [Greek], with the reference they can give their bank. Don't send anything.

What happens
- The AI app reads the order: items, totals, payment method and country, without the customer's personal data.
- It reads the payment as the gateway plugin keeps it: the bank's reference and transaction id, status and response codes, the instalments chosen, and for Viva whether it went to the test environment. Never card data, tokens or who the customer is.
- It reads the order's notes, which show payments, status changes and emails, with personal data hidden.
- It writes the reply as a draft for you to send yourself. Nothing is sent and nothing changes.
