How can an agency use ChatGPT or Claude with several clients' data?
Create one SAR organization per client and connect that client's sources to it. Each AI connector is authorized for one organization, so a second client needs a second connector. One client's data is never reachable from another client's connector.
How client access works
One organization per client
Each client gets its own organization with its own connections: GA4, Search Console, WordPress, WooCommerce or Magento.
Roles for your team
Owner can do everything, including deleting the organization. Admin manages members and connections. Analyst views connections and uses AI. Member uses AI only.
One connector per organization
A ChatGPT or Claude connector is authorized for one organization. Add another connector for the next client.
Activity log
A record of connections, chosen properties, AI access grants and revokes, role changes and invitations.
Revoke access
Revoke an AI app in the portal and it loses access within about a minute. Accounts can use two-factor authentication and passkeys.

How to set up your clients
Create an organization per client
In app.sar-soft.com, create one organization for each client business.
Connect the client's sources
Connect GA4, Search Console, WordPress, WooCommerce or Magento, choosing one property, site or store per connection.
Invite your team
Invite colleagues to the organization and give each one a role: Owner, Admin, Analyst or Member.
Add one connector per client
In ChatGPT or Claude, add https://mcp.sar-soft.com/mcp and authorize the client's organization. Repeat for the next client.

What to know
- One connector reaches one organization. To ask about another client, use that client's connector.
- ChatGPT or Claude write the answers, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Check figures before you send them to a client.
- Available today: Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, WooCommerce and Magento. Shopify is coming next.
- A Magento connection lets the AI app read customer names, emails and order history. Agree this with the client before you connect.
- There is no uptime guarantee during the pilot.
Questions people ask
Can one client's data show up in another client's chat?
No. Each organization is isolated, and a connector authorized for one organization cannot reach another organization's data.
Can a colleague use the AI without managing connections?
Yes. The Member role can use AI only. The Analyst role can also view connections.
What happens when a client leaves?
Revoke the AI app in the portal, which takes effect within about a minute, and disconnect the client's sources. Disconnecting a Google source also revokes SAR's Google access.
Does SAR record what we ask?
No. SAR does not record the questions you ask or the data returned. The activity log covers connections, access grants, role changes and invitations.
