Can ChatGPT or Claude tell me which pages bring in enquiries?

Yes, if your forms, calls or bookings are tracked as key events in GA4. After you connect GA4 and Search Console to SAR, the AI app can report key events by page and channel and look at the searches behind those pages. It can only report what GA4 records.

How to connect your site

  1. Create your organization

    Sign up at app.sar-soft.com and create an organization for your business.

  2. Connect Google Analytics

    Sign in with Google, allow read-only access and choose your GA4 property. Make sure your forms, calls or bookings are tracked as key events there.

  3. Connect Search Console

    Choose your site in Search Console with the same Google sign-in.

  4. Add SAR to ChatGPT or Claude

    Add https://mcp.sar-soft.com/mcp, SAR's MCP server address, as a custom connector, then sign in and authorize your organization.

What to know

  • SAR sees enquiries only as GA4 key events. It does not read your inbox, CRM or phone system.
  • If a form or call is not tracked as a key event, ChatGPT or Claude cannot count it.
  • Google Analytics and Search Console hold figures only. If your site runs on WordPress, connect it as well so ChatGPT or Claude can read what your service pages say.
  • Answers come from ChatGPT or Claude and can be wrong or incomplete.

Does my site need to run on WordPress?

No. Google Analytics and Search Console work the same way whatever your site is built with.

Can ChatGPT or Claude read the enquiries themselves?

No. SAR reads the counts GA4 records for your key events. The names and messages people send stay in your forms and inbox.

Who sets it up?

You set it up yourself in the SAR app. During the pilot, SAR Soft sets up the first connection with you on a short call.
