Can ChatGPT or Claude answer questions about my store's sales and traffic together?

Yes, once your store, your GA4 property and your Search Console site are connected to the same SAR organization. The AI app reads each source through read-only tools and puts the results together in its answer. Check the numbers that matter in the original tools.

How to connect your store

  1. Create your organization

    Sign up at app.sar-soft.com and create an organization for your store.

  2. Connect your store

    Connect WooCommerce with the SAR Commerce Connector plugin and an application password, or Magento with an integration access token.

  3. Connect Google Analytics and Search Console

    Sign in with Google, allow read-only access, and choose your store's GA4 property and Search Console site.

  4. Add SAR to ChatGPT or Claude

    Add https://mcp.sar-soft.com/mcp, SAR's MCP server address, as a custom connector, then sign in and authorize your store's organization.

What to know

  • Sales totals and low-stock lists come from WooCommerce. Magento has no low-stock question, and its order totals include cancelled orders unless filtered by order status.
  • WooCommerce order data never includes customer contact details. A Magento connection lets the AI app read customer names, emails and order history.
  • Shopify is not available yet. It is coming next.
  • Sales figures in GA4 can differ from your store's own totals, for example when visitors decline analytics cookies. Check sales totals in the store.
  • Answers come from ChatGPT or Claude and can be wrong or incomplete.

Questions people ask

Do I need to connect all three sources?

No. Each source works on its own. Questions that mix sales with visits or searches need the matching sources connected.

My store runs on Shopify. Can I use SAR?

You can connect Google Analytics and Search Console for your Shopify store today. The Shopify connection itself is coming next.

Who sets it up?
