What you can do in your shop

Prices and stock in bulk
A sale across a category or new stock on up to 50 products or variations, in one approval. Every line is checked before anything changes, and each can be undone on its own.
Orders and refunds
Status, notes, cancelling with items back in stock, and resending order emails. Refunds of a whole order or of chosen lines, always with your approval.
Coupons
Create, change or expire a coupon and see how it did. A code works the moment it exists, so it waits for your approval first.
Shipping and tax
Shipping zones, methods (flat rate, free shipping, local pickup), shipping classes and tax rates. Each change is approved and can be undone.
Payments and settings
Change a payment method's title, description or place at checkout. Turning one on or off asks for your password; its settings and credentials are never touched by SAR.
Reports and VAT
Sales by day, week or month up to two years back, new and returning customers as counts, coupons, and a VAT report by month and rate for your accountant.
CSV import
Hand over your supplier's file: first you see what would be created and what is skipped, then everything comes in as drafts. Products you already have are never changed.

Questions about WooCommerce
Can the AI see my customers?
Only enough to tell them apart: first name and initial, a masked email and phone, city and country, number of orders and total spent. The masking happens on your own site, before anything leaves it.
Can it change prices without me?
No. Prices, stock, order status, coupons and refunds wait for a person's approval in SAR, and most changes can be undone for 30 days.
Can I bring in my supplier's products?
Yes, from a CSV in WooCommerce's columns, up to 1,000 rows or 2 MB. You first see what would be created, then everything comes in as drafts, and a SKU you already have is skipped.
How does a refund work?
SAR records the refund with your approval, and if the money should go back through your payment provider, it also asks for your password. A refund cannot be undone. For a Greek shop, the answer also says which credit note to issue.
Can it give my accountant the VAT?
It produces a VAT report by month and rate, for sales and shipping, with refunds deducted. The figures come from WooCommerce, but the AI writes the answer, so have your accountant check them.
Does it work with Subscriptions and Bookings?
It reads WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce Bookings, both in beta. It does not change them.
