Cash on delivery fees and limits changed for remote areas and large orders (beta)

If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:

What happens

1. The AI app reads cash on delivery as your plugin keeps it: the fee, fixed or a percentage and taxable or not; Smart COD's local pickup fee and where it is offered or not; ATH COD's fee rules and restrictions with their conditions (zones, shipping methods, postcodes, order total, weight, quantity) and its maximum amount and weight. ATH COD's lists of blocked customers are never read.
2. It reads your shipping zones, so the new rules line up with the zones and postcodes you already use.
3. With ATH COD, a fee rule can depend on postcodes or the order total, and a limit can stop cash on delivery above an amount. Each list it changes replaces the whole list, so the rules you already have are kept in it. With Smart COD, there is one fee, and remote postcodes can be included or left out rather than charged more.
4. The change waits for your approval in SAR and can be undone for 30 days.
