A departing team member's accounts found on every client site
When someone leaves your agency, find their WordPress accounts on each client's site and remove them, with their posts handed to a colleague.

[Name] has left my agency. Go through the organizations I can use, [all of them / these clients], and on each WordPress site find accounts with the username or name [username or name]. Give me a list: client, site, username and role. Delete each one and give its posts and pages to [the colleague who takes over on each site], once I approve each with my password.

What happens
- The AI app lists the organizations your connection may use and switches to each one in turn.
- On each site it lists the users with their roles; emails are shortened and passwords are never available.
- Deleting an account gives its posts and pages to the colleague you named. It cannot be undone, so each deletion is approved in SAR with your password.
- The connected account and the last administrator are never deleted.

What you get
No access left on client sites for someone who has gone. Removing them from your organizations in SAR is done separately, by an owner or admin.
