Then get monthly searches in Google Greece for searches like '[plumber] [area]', and show me who ranks on the first page for the two busiest. For each area with real demand, draft a page with what I can truly say about working there: [details per area, such as response times or typical jobs]. Don't repeat the same text with only the area name changed. Set a search title and description on each draft and give me the preview links.
