SAR Intelligenceby SAR-SOFT

A monthly client report from Google Analytics, Search Console, the shop and the work you did

Build a client's monthly report from their own sources, with the changes made on their site that month, ready for you to check and send.

The prompt

Use the Client report playbook to write [client name]'s report for [October 2026], compared with [September 2026]. Include visits by channel and the top landing pages from Google Analytics, search clicks and the top queries from Search Console compared with the month before, and orders, revenue and average order from WooCommerce. Add a section on the work done on the site this month, from the list of changes made through SAR. Write it for a business owner, not a marketer: short, plain, with three priorities for next month. Say which source each figure comes from and note that the last days of Search Console data may still be incomplete.

Already connected?

If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:

Write this client's monthly report for [month] with the Client report playbook.

What happens

  1. The AI app loads the built-in Client report playbook, so every client's report follows the same shape.
  2. It runs Google Analytics reports for the month and the month before.
  3. It compares search clicks and top queries in Search Console with the month before, and reads the shop's sales from WooCommerce.
  4. It lists the changes made on the client's site through SAR that month.
  5. It writes the report for you to check; nothing changes on the client's site.

Approvals involved

Nothing here changes your site: no approval needed.

What you get

A client report you can review, adjust and send. The AI app writes the text and can get a figure wrong, so check the headline numbers against the sources before it goes out.
