Show me the products with [5] or fewer in stock. For each one, look at how it sold in the last [60] days and work out roughly how many weeks the stock will last. Make me a reorder list for my supplier [supplier name] with SKU, product, stock now and the quantity you suggest so I have stock for [8] weeks. Put the ones that will run out first at the top. Don't change anything in the shop.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Make me a reorder list for [supplier] from my low-stock products and the last [60] days of sales.
What happens
- The AI app finds the products at or below the stock level you give, or the shop's own low-stock setting if you give none.
- It reads the sales report by product for the period, to see how fast each one sells.
- It works out how many weeks each stock will last and a quantity to order, and gives you the list ready to send. Nothing in the shop changes.
Approvals involved
Nothing here changes your site: no approval needed.
