I want to start selling to Cyprus. Check that my shop sells and ships there. Add a shipping zone for Cyprus with a flat rate of [9.00] euros and free shipping over [80] euros. Show me what changes, including any store setting, and wait for my approval. Tell me what else I should look at for Cypriot customers, such as VAT.

If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Open my shop to Cyprus: a Cyprus zone at [9.00] flat rate and free over [80].
What happens
- The AI app reads where the shop sells and ships from its store settings, and your current shipping zones.
- If Cyprus has to be added, the countries the shop sells to need your password as well as your approval; the countries it ships to need your approval. Both can be undone.
- The new zone and each of its methods wait for your approval and can be undone.
- It points out what to check next, such as VAT on sales to another EU country, to confirm with your accountant.
