A plugin flagged as vulnerable, switched off until a fix ships
When your security plugin reports a vulnerable plugin and no update is out yet, see what it does on your site and switch it off with your password until a fix arrives.

My security plugin reports that [plugin name] has a known vulnerability. Show me that issue and its severity, and tell me whether WordPress already offers an update for the plugin. If there is no update yet, explain what the plugin does on my site, then switch it off once I approve with my password. When a fixed version is out and installed, switch it back on once I approve.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Switch off [plugin name] until a fixed version is out, once I approve.
What happens
- The AI app reads the open issue from your security plugin's last scan, with its severity and the plugin concerned. It reports what the security plugin detected; SAR does not test for vulnerabilities itself.
- It checks whether WordPress offers an update for the plugin.
- Switching the plugin off is approved in SAR with your password, because whatever it does on the site stops. It can be undone.
- Switching it back on later is approved the same way.

What you get
The flagged plugin out of action until a fix exists, with you deciding when it returns. Installing the fixed version is a separate update, approved with your password; take a backup first.
