SAR Intelligenceby SAR-SOFT

A page your agency prepared, approved by the client in SAR

Write a page as a draft for a client, send them the preview, and let an owner or admin on their side approve publishing it in SAR.

The prompt

On [client site], write a draft page [New services for 2027] from these notes: [notes]. Give me a preview link to send the client. Then ask to publish it on [date and time] and show me the approval request: [client contact], who is an admin of their organization in SAR, will approve it. Check the approval's status when I ask, and once it is approved, schedule the page.

Already connected?

If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:

Already connected?

Draft [page] for this client, give me a preview link, and ask for their approval to publish.

What happens

  1. The AI app writes the page as a draft; nothing is published.
  2. It gives you a preview link that shows the draft to anyone, without logging in, for an hour.
  3. Publishing needs approval: it shows the request in the chat with a button that opens SAR. Showing it approves nothing.
  4. An owner or admin of the client's organization approves or rejects it in SAR. The AI app checks the status and, once approved, publishes or schedules the page.
