A content audit: which old posts to keep, update, merge or remove
Put each older post next to its Google clicks and its visits over the last year, and get a keep, update, merge or remove list to decide on.

Audit the posts I published before [January 2025]. For each, show its clicks and impressions from Search Console and its views from Google Analytics over the last [12 months]. Mark each one keep, update, merge (and say which post it should join) or remove, with one line on why. Don't change anything. When I've decided, move only the posts I name to the trash, and for each removed post that still gets clicks, suggest a redirect to the post that replaces it and add it once I approve.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Audit my posts from before [date] with Search Console and Analytics, and mark each keep, update, merge or remove.
What happens
- The AI app lists your published posts with their dates.
- It reads Search Console clicks and impressions by page, and Google Analytics views by page, for the period you chose.
- It reads the posts where the numbers alone don't tell the story, and gives you the list.
- Moving a post to the trash waits for your approval in SAR. Nothing is deleted for good; it can be restored from the trash.
- For a removed post that still gets clicks, a 301 redirect to the post that replaces it waits for your approval in SAR and can be undone for 30 days.

What you get
A clear plan for your archive, based on how each post is really doing. A removed post that still gets clicks would leave a dead address, so SAR can redirect it to the post that replaces it, once you approve.
