Create an event from these details: [paste the flyer or email text]. Use my saved venue [venue name] if it exists, and the organizer [organizer name]. Put it in the category [Workshops]. The cost is [15 euros]. Write a short description in [English] from these details only. Save it as a draft and give me the preview link; I'll tell you when to publish it.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Make an event draft from [pasted details] at [venue] and give me the preview link.
What happens
- The AI app reads your saved venues and organizers, so it uses those instead of creating duplicates.
- It creates the event as a draft in The Events Calendar, with start and end in the event's timezone.
- It reads the event back with its preview link for you to check.
- Publishing the event so it shows in the calendar waits for your approval in SAR. It can be undone, back to a draft.
