We can't hand over Skroutz order [order code] [today]. Show me the days Skroutz offers now for its pickup, and the other pickup addresses it allows. Move the pickup to [the next working day] [or to our warehouse address]. Wait for my approval.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Move the pickup of Skroutz order [code] to [day or address], with my approval.
What happens
- The AI app reads the order by its code, and the days and addresses Skroutz offers for its pickup, read fresh just before any change.
- Moving the pickup to another day, one Skroutz offers for that order now, waits for your approval. Skroutz sends the new pickup window with its next update.
- Moving it to another of your pickup addresses, one Skroutz offers for that order, waits for your approval too. A shop with one pickup address has no other to choose.
- Neither works for orders Skroutz fulfils itself, orders collected from the shop, or express orders.
