Show me the product reviews waiting for moderation, and the reviews of [3] stars or fewer from the last [month]. Point out obvious spam and tell me why you think so. For each critical review, draft a short, polite public reply in [English] that thanks the customer and says [what you can offer, e.g. to contact us at the shop's email]. Use my brand voice if I have one saved. Wait for my approval on every action.
