A seasonal sale on a category that starts and ends on its own
Give a category sale prices with a start and an end date, approved once, so the sale switches on and off by itself on the days you chose.

I want a [summer] sale on the category [category name]: [25]% off, starting on [1 July] and ending on [15 July], with prices ending in [.90]. Leave out [products to skip]. List each product with its regular price, the sale price you would set and the two dates; for variable products, do it on each variation. Wait for my approval before you change anything. Afterwards, tell me how many products and variations got the scheduled sale, and remind me to run the 30-day lowest price check on the first day of the sale.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Schedule [25]% off [category] from [start date] to [end date]; show me the price list first.
What happens
- The AI app finds the category and lists its products with their prices, and the variations of each variable product.
- It shows you the sale price and the start and end dates of each one in the chat, and waits for your go-ahead.
- The sale prices and dates go to SAR as one change, up to 50 products or variations, which you approve once. The dates are in the site's time, and each item can be undone on its own.
- WooCommerce shows the sale price from the start date and goes back to the regular price after the end date, without you touching the shop.
- On the first day, the 30-day lowest price check compares the old price shown with the lowest price of the 30 days before the discount.

What you get
A sale that starts and ends on the dates you chose, with a price list you checked before it went in. WooCommerce makes the switch through WordPress's scheduled tasks, so if those are stuck the switch can come late. The lowest price check helps you; it is not legal advice.
