For bookings: by day, which [rooms, cars or other resources] have a check-in, a check-out or are taken, with the nights. For appointments: by day and by [provider, e.g. each physiotherapist], the service and time of each one and the longest gaps between them. Point out [what matters, e.g. days with no gap at all or rooms empty all week]. Don't change anything.
