How it fits together
- The agency's organization holds the plan. Clients are organizations that plan pays for.
- Each client organization keeps its own sources, its own team and its own AI access.
- The agency sees how many actions the client's AI apps take and which tools, never its data, questions or answers, and gets no access to its organization.
- Clients need a plan that includes client organizations. The Clients page shows how many places you have used, counting open invitations.
Inviting a client
- Open the Clients pageIn your agency's organization, go to Clients and find Invite a client.
- Enter the client's emailIf you like, set a Daily share: the most AI-app actions a day the client may use of your plan. Choose Send invitation.
- The client acceptsThey get an email, see what you would pay for and see, and choose which of their organizations to put on your plan. They need to be an owner of that organization.
While an invitation waits for an answer you can withdraw it. If it expires, send a new one.
Working for a client
- To work on their data, the client invites you to their organization from its Team page, with the role they choose.
- In ChatGPT or Claude, each connection sees one organization. For a second client, add SAR Intelligence again as a second connector and choose that organization.
- The built-in "Client report" playbook prepares the monthly report from the chat.
- The client's wp-admin can show your agency's name instead of SAR Intelligence: White label.
Activity, CSV and monthly reports
- The Clients page shows each client's actions today and over the last 30 days, and the tools used most.
- Each client's activity shows what its AI apps did over a period: counts and changes only, never what was asked. Download as CSV saves it.
- Daily usage (CSV) gives every client's usage in one file.
- Monthly reports are a page for each month, under your agency's name, in the language you choose, to print or save as PDF.
When you stop paying
- With Stop paying, the client is told straight away and keeps its daily share on its own for 14 days. Then it goes back to the plan it had before.
- The client can end it too, any time, from its organization's settings. It then goes back to its own plan straight away, and the agency is told.
- Either way, no source is disconnected.
