Take a fresh backup before a risky change
Check when your site was last backed up, take a new backup with your own backup plugin, and make risky changes wait for a fresh one in future.

Before I [risky change, e.g. switch theme or update WordPress], tell me which backup plugin my WordPress site uses and when the last successful backup was. Show me the current backup policy for risky changes. Then take a full backup now and tell me when it has finished. Afterwards suggest a policy so risky changes are refused without a backup from the last [hours, e.g. 24] hours, and wait for my approval before you set it.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Take a full backup now and tell me when it is done, before I [risky change].
What happens
- The AI app reads which backup plugin the site uses and how old the last good backup is.
- It shows the current policy: whether risky changes only warn or are refused without a fresh backup.
- Taking the backup waits for your approval in SAR, then runs in the background with your backup plugin.
- It follows the backup until it is done or has failed.
- Tightening the policy needs your approval; loosening it later needs your password.

What you get
A fresh backup made by your own backup plugin, and a rule that keeps risky changes from running without one. SAR never restores a backup: a person does that in wp-admin, from the link SAR gives.
