The last good backup of every site, in one table

Ask each WordPress site in an organization which backup plugin it uses and how old its last good backup is, and see which sites need attention.

The prompt

List the WordPress sites in this organization. For each one, tell me which backup plugin or service it uses, when the last successful backup was, whether one is running now, and whether risky changes there only warn or need a fresh backup. Give me a table, oldest backup first, and mark sites with no backup plugin or a backup older than [3] days. Don't start any backup.

Already connected?

If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:

Already connected?

Give me a table of every site's last good backup, oldest first.

What happens

  1. The AI app lists the organization's connected WordPress sites.
  2. On each site it reads the backup plugin, the last successful backup and its age, whether one is running, and recent backups. BlogVault and Jetpack backups are managed by their own service.
  3. It reads each site's policy for risky changes: warn, or refuse without a recent backup.
  4. It builds the table. Nothing changes on any site.

Approvals involved

Nothing here changes your site: no approval needed.

What you get

One look tells you which client sites are covered. Taking a backup is a separate step you approve per site, and restoring is done by a person in wp-admin.
