Mark a key event or add a custom dimension in Google Analytics, with your approval
Check which events your site already sends, then have a key event or custom dimension created in GA4 only after you approve it in SAR.

In my Google Analytics property, list the events collected over the last [30] days and the custom dimensions and metrics that already exist. I want [newsletter_signup] marked as a key event, and the event parameter [payment_method] available in reports as a custom dimension. Check that both are actually collected and are not set up already. Show me exactly what you will create (names, scope) and wait for me to confirm. Then create them and give me the approval link in SAR.
Already connected?
If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:
Mark [event] as a key event in my Google Analytics, after showing me what you will create.
What happens
- The AI app reads your property's details and the custom dimensions and metrics it already has.
- It runs a report of the events collected, to confirm the event and parameter are really there.
- It shows you the exact key event and custom dimension it would create, and waits for your yes.
- Each creation waits for your approval in SAR before it reaches Google.

What you get
The key event and custom dimension in your property. They apply only to data collected after they exist, so earlier reports stay as they were.
