Which paid orders from the last [7] days still have no courier voucher after [24] hours? Also list BOX NOW orders without a locker, and the Skroutz Smart Cart orders by state. For each stuck order, tell me why no voucher could be made, and add a private note [Checked on date: reason] so the team sees it. Don't create any vouchers yet.
