Create a courier voucher for an order through the courier's own plugin, or directly with the shop's courier account (acs_direct, geniki_direct, speedex_direct; one per order) (the shop is billed for it): parcels, weight and cash on delivery where the plugin allows, a BOX NOW locker as the customer chose.
