The prompt

List the orders on hold waiting for a bank transfer, with their total and how long they've waited. I'll tell you which payments arrived: [order numbers]. Move those to processing. Send the others that are under [5] days old the invoice email again, and cancel those older than [7] days with the note [Cancelled: payment not received]. Show me the plan and wait for my approval on each.

Already connected?

If SAR is already in your AI app, this is enough:

Already connected?

Orders [numbers] are paid: move them to processing, remind the other on-hold orders and cancel those over [7] days.

What happens

  1. The AI app lists the orders on hold with their totals, and reads each one's notes, where its history is recorded, to see how long it has waited.
  2. Moving a paid order to processing waits for your approval in SAR.
  3. Sending the invoice email again waits for your approval; an order can get at most three resends a day.
  4. Cancelling waits for your approval: the items go back in stock, no money is involved, and it can be undone.
